Co-Founder (August 2017 - Present)
Bound By Story, a Digital Brand Agency, co-founded by Nick Gallo and I. We started BBS with the idea of providing businesses with direct access to brand management, strategy and design.
During my time at Bound By Story, we had the pleasure and opportunity of forming partnerships with brands like Crown Equipment AU, Bacci’s Fresh, Learn to Trade, Mynder, Red Ass Mexican and others.
My role as Creative Lead was to oversee all new business, pitch processes and organise/facilitate strategy workshops with new & existing partners. From art directing photo and video shoots, storyboarding animations, designing and crafting assets with multiple freelance creatives. I was able to truely immerse myself in the creative process.
We delivered a range of work from Brand Identity Design, Social Media Campaigns, Video Production to UX/UI design of entire custom built platforms, websites and email campaigns.

THE CONSCIENCE ORGANISATION (TCO) - DIGITAL CREATIVE AGENCY
Creative (January 2016 - January 2017)
Being a Creative at TCO is one of my best experiences in my career thus far. Working in a creative culture, that helps nurture and excel my creative skills is something that I consider to be the most important component in my creative development. My skills as a designer have improved rapidly and my ideation processes have been pushed and thrown out of my comfort zone to help develop the best outcomes. My role as a Creative at TCO sees me ideate, conceptualise and produce ideas with a focus on digital innovation. Problem solve briefs with a creative process and provide clients with the best solutions possible. My digital and social capabilities and responsibilities have grown, as more and more of my work is catering to the growing needs of clients wanting to tap into a millennial market. Producing integrated campaigns and creative strategies has been a stronghold in my work, and is continuing to be a popular method of production.
ARMSTRONGQ - CREATIVE AGENCY
Mid-Weight Creative Designer (January 2015 - January 2016)
My role as a designer at ArmstrongQ has seen me get straight into major annual reports for clients like Oil Search, QBE and Recall. I was responsible for the design of both the editorial and financial sections of Oil Search’s 2015 Annual Report, front cover, Interactive Annual Report PDF and lead the final implementation of Augmented Reality throughout the printed report. Over the last month, I have been able to take charge of re-building ArmstrongQ’s company website, and is currently under heavy wire framing stages. I have also been able to re-structure the social media aspect of the business and have been active in posting relevant content which has seen a record amount of likes and share through out all of our social platforms.
CROWN EQUIPMENT - INTERNATIONAL MARKET LEADER IN MATERIALS HANDLING
Graphic Designer - Marketing South east Asia (2012 - 2015)
Graphic Designer for one of the worlds largest and oldest material handling companies. Crown is based in New Bremen, USA, and they are manufacturers of Lift Trucks. A part of the Australian Marketing department and look after the South East Asian region. From print to digital design, I was responsible for all of Crown’s Australian collateral which included Internal documents, advertising (including online/social/EDM and offline/outdoor), photography and website optimisation. I was a part of a team of 4 including a Regional GM of Marketing, Marketing Analyst and a Marketing Coordinator.
2 of my proudest achievements at Crown:
Lead designer in the 2014 Print advertisement campaign. Template was approved by the owner of the company, and is now being used by Crown internationally.
Collaborative designer in the 2014 launch of crownforklifts.com.au. My involvement with the in-house build of crownforklifts.com.au gave me the privilege to conceptually illustrate and wire frame templates for the website. Optimise, upload and manage imagery. Management and implementation of online branding guidelines. The website has now proven to be much more of an improvement to the prior site, with conversion rates increasing by 55% in the first month.
